What is GDPR?

The general data protection regulation policy is legal guidelines regarding the processing and collection of personal information of individuals living in the European Union.   • The data controller shall be responsible for demonstrating the GDPR policy compliance along with these principles.

The updated version of the GDPR grants a set of rights due to which more power and authority is provided, unlike the previous GDPR policy data subjects were deprived of favorable conditions, due to lack of explicitness and authority. Right to Object

According to this right, the data subject may, at any time, raise objections regarding their personal information. The data controller can only process an individual’s personal data when they have the consent, without consent the data subject can freely object.
